Level 1 (4 Hours)
Course most appropriate for senior management with little direct client contact which gives an overview and understanding.
Level 2 (1 day)
Course most appropriate for those without any direct line management responsibilities and some direct client contact.
Level 3 (2 day)
Course for those with line management responsibility and client contact.
Day rate for an in-house course, exclusive to your own staff, £850.00 per day, inclusive of course materials and certification.
Cost per person booking onto an open course is £185.00. The in-house option saves approximately £1000 per course for the full level 3 qualification.
A really good way for your team to decide if this was the way forward would be for you to commission us to run one course initially which would allow your team to evaluate the suitability of the course.
